The young german cello virtuoso, Johannes Moser, who recently performed the world premiere of "Magnetar", made a video about the piece. He wanted as his backdrop somewhere with extremely high magnetic fields, so he chose the ASDEX Upgrade tokamak at IPP Garching.
The video is online at the IPP site – make sure you have the sound turned on so you can hear a cello as you have never heard it before!
