The Gender Equality Plan is a set of activities aimed at promoting gender equality through institutional and cultural changes in research and innovation organizations. In the nomenclature adopted by the European Union, the abbreviation GEP (Gender Equality Plan) is used to describe such plans.

Research projects carried out at the IPPLM are funded by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science, the National Science Centre and by the European Commission within the framework of EUROfusion Consortium under grant agreement No 633053.
